Printing Groupwise Calendar to a PDF

Open Groupwise and click on File > Print Calendar

Select either month or week and select the format.
This is the Week option.
Click on Printer Setup

This is the Month option.
Click on Printer Setup
|

Click on the drop down arrow next to the Name: field. Scroll down to select PrimoPDF.

| When PrimoPDF is displayed in the Name field, click on OK. |

This will bring you back to the Print Calendar window.
Next select the Content Tab.
Select the starting date for the calendar (by default it shows today's date).
Select the number of weeks or months you want to PDF.
Click on the Print button.

You will see this window.

The PrimoPDF Window will pop up.
Make sure the Screen radio button is selected.
Look at the path in the Save As: field. If it does not show the place you want to save the PDF to, click on the button with the three dots in it.
If the path is correct, click on OK.

After clicking on the button with the three dots, you will see this screen. Navigate to where you want to save the PDF. You can save it in your MyDocuments folder, or on your H:/ Drive.
Check the file name and make sure that the Save As Type: is a PDF.
Click Save.

You will be taken back to the PrimoPDF screen.
Click the OK button.
This process takes quite a bit of time, so be patient and let it work.

When it is done creating the PDF of your calendar, the Reader window will open and display your calendar.
Verify that it captured what you wanted to.
You can close this file at this time. DO NOT PRINT THIS FILE!!!!
After you have imported your Outlook Calendar, open this file up and verify that all of your appts. were imported correctly.
