Accreditation Update

Our college, Methodist College of Nursing, (MCON) was awarded institutional accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission, (HLC) North Central Association, May 2008. MCON ended its journey for initial institutional accreditation after being granted candidacy from the HLC just last year. Accreditation is a sign to the consumer that the college is a quality institution that has met the many rigorous criteria established by the accrediting agency. Methodist College of Nursing has always been a strong, quality program with excellent faculty, a strong curriculum and a focus on the student as an individual. Our College accreditation from the HLC validates the excellence inherent in our College.
