Returns & Exchanges

You may return or return unused items purchased at A BEAUTIFUL YOU within 15 days of the original purchase. No returned merchandise will be accepted without the original receipt and price tags. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment. For sale/promotional items, there is a one-week return policy. For clearance items, products are not returnable.

DME policy:

Under health considerations, swimsuits are not returnable. Please be sure to check our sizing chart before you purchase.

Breast forms may be exchanged for a different size within 10 days of purchase. You are limited to one exchange only in this time period. Please be aware that if you are replacing an existing prostheses, your weight may have dropped or increased meaning that you may require a different prostheses to the one you have been wearing. Always keep all original packaging material to store or pack your breast form in for security. Breast forms cannot be exchanged without the manufacturer's packaging and documentation. All freight and shipping charges must be pre-paid.

We suggest that if you are in doubt about your size requirements that you call the boutique.

Special Orders

If a product you are seeking is not available, ask the store manager to contact our Special Order Department.  A 20% down-payment is required for special orders.

Warranty

For your information and peace of mind, all products supplied by A BEAUTIFUL YOU come with a manufacturer's warranty. The terms and conditions of these warranties varies from manufacturer and from item to item. Should you have a problem with an item supplied by us, we will endeavor to work with the manufacturer on your behalf to obtain a satisfactory outcome. Neither A BEAUTIFUL YOU nor its staff or any other representative gives or undertakes any other warranty outside of the manufacturers' warranties.

  1. Most problems with garments arises from incorrect treatment or wash procedures. For example breast forms are easily punctured by badge or brooch pins or even cat's claws. Also, garments can be damaged by incorrect washing. Always follow the manufacturers instructions on the label and never place your bras in a clothes dryer. This is especially important with under-wire bras.
  2. Swimwear can and is subject to color fade and/or color run if exposed to high levels of pool chlorine. Because the amount of chlorine can vary in pools or in particular spas, it is vitally important to rinse out swimwear immediately after use. Please be aware that this will not stop the eventual color change, but can help to slow it down.
  3. All warranty claims will be returned by us to the manufacturer for their inspection and final decision on warranty claims. Again, we will always communicate with the manufacturers' on our customer's behalf to try for the very best outcome.
  4. All freight charges in and out on warranty claims must be pre-paid and must include the original sales receipt. Please be sure to keep yours!
