The Methodist Work/Life Program helps you deal with work and personal issues that can affect job performance or throw you personal life off track. Work/Life services are confidential and are designed to meet your individual needs. These services include…
- Consultation on specific workplace problems and how to solve them
- Assessment, evaluation and referral for behavioral health problems
- 24-hour crisis access
- On-site anxiety and depression screenings
- Substance abuse screenings and treatment referral
- Individual counseling sessions
- Access to Methodist's comprehensive Behavioral Health and Psychiatric Care Center
All employees and their immediate family members, including spouse and dependent children to age 26, may receive up to six free counseling sessions per calendar year.
