Request an Appointment

There are many convenient ways to make appointments at Methodist.  We make it easy for you to schedule a doctor's appointment, medical tests, and more.

Appointments with Methodist Medical Group Primary Care Physicians

By Phone

You can request an appointment with your Methodist Medical Group primary care physician (family medicine physician, internal medicine physician, or pediatrician) by simply calling the doctor's office.

Don't wait until you're sick to contact your doctor's office. Talk to your doctor about scheduling age-appropriate preventive health screenings (including physical exam, Pap test, mammogram, prostate exam and blood test, and screenings for cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure, and depression).

If you don't have a primary care physician, just click here or call Methodist DocFinder at 877-64-MYDOC to speak with a representative.  We'll be happy to help you find the doctor that's right for you and your family.

By Internet - For non-urgent healthcare needs only

If you're a patient at one of our Methodist Medical Group offices, you can request an appointment online 24/7 using any computer with an Internet connection. MyMethodist eHealth powered by RelayHealth® makes it easy and convenient.

You must be an existing patient and register for MyMethodist eHealth before you can use this online service.  To register for MyMethodist eHealth, click here.

If you do not receive a response within two business days, please call your doctor's office.

Request an appointment with a Methodist Medical Group Specialist

Methodist Medical Group includes several specialty physicians (including neurologists, cardiologists, urologists, pediatric gastroenterologists, psychiatrists, and more). You must ask your primary care physician for a referral to see any of our specialists, except our neurologists. You may call Methodist Medical Group Neurology directly at (309) 672-4522 to request an appointment.

Request a lab test, x-ray exam, or other test

In most cases, your doctor's office staff will schedule any necessary lab tests, x-ray exams, EKGs, and other tests.  However, you can call (309) 671-8282 to schedule (or reschedule) many tests yourself.  You must have a doctor's written order to schedule any test (except a screening mammogram over age 40).

Scheduling a Surgery at Methodist

All surgeries performed at Methodist - both outpatient and inpatient surgeries - are scheduled by doctors' offices only.
