What is a quality report?
This report gives you our patient satisfaction scores and our clinical performance on about 200 nationally recognized quality indicators and practices. Where available, performance is also displayed for the average hospital in Illinois, our region and in the United States. Our reports are updated quarterly so you know the data is fresh and up-to-date. Use the left-column navigation to view our reports.
The statistics and descriptions provided do not begin to represent all there is to know about the quality of hospitals. You should not attempt to choose a hospital based solely on statistics and descriptions such as those in this report. Current methods of assessing hospital quality are not mature enough to support such a use.
