About our Practice
Methodist Center for Senior Health provides complete medical services for anyone 50 or older.
We offer primary care to help prevent or manage common health conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Our physicians and nurse practitioners are specially trained to work with mature adults.
We also offer special assessments for memory loss, difficulty walking, osteoporosis and more. These evaluations include an interview with the patient and family, a physical exam and a follow-up conference with the patient and family to discuss a treatment plan. Our team of occupational and physical therapists, dietitians and social workers also assesses the patient's needs.
