Energize your morning and mix up your routine with intervals of cardiovascular exercise and resistance training in the therapy pool.
Fluid Moves
Get in the water and improve activities of daily living. Improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, range of motion, flexibility and balance through soothing movements. These classes are perfect for individuals who have arthritis and/or are just beginning an exercise program. Classes are held in the therapy pool.
Fitness Fusion
Mix it up with an interval-style workout focused on total body fitness. This class fuses choreographed floor aerobics and step aerobics with core strength and resistance training to offer a complete workout from head to toe.

Spin Express
Skip the caffeine and jump start your day with a 30 minute indoor express ride! Learn basic fundamentals of indoor cycling during your journey to better health. This 30 minute class is great for beginners or those with a tight schedule. Water bottle and towel are recommended. All fitness levels are welcome.
Spinning
With driving music and great drills we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors without the barking dogs. You’ll climb hills, pass riders on the flats and maybe even do a few time trials during this 45 minute non-competitive ride. Get ready to sweat, have some fun and spin into good health! Water bottle and towel are recommended. All fitness levels are welcome.
Step and Lift
Combine 15 minutes of Step with 15 minutes of resistance training.
Strength and Flex
Meet and make new friends! This 30 minute class is a very basic beginner class for our older active adults who want to keep themselves strong and flexible for everyday functional activities. Members will come away with a better knowledge of how the body works when resistance is applied through light strength training. Members will gain a new appreciation of their own body’s abilities. Exercises may be performed either sitting or standing. Free weights, resistance tubing, stability balls and mats will be used during class.
Total Body Time Crunch
Are you crunched for time? Maximize your time with 30 minutes of combined, continuous cardio training with muscle strength and endurance movements. Push your abilities to the next level with total body training and Take Yourself Well into the Future!
Core
Take it "Core" and focus on core strength and stability. Target and challenge abdominals, back and hips in this dynamic workout.
Tubes
Join the resistance and improve muscle strength and endurance with resistance tubing. Learn exercises you can do anywhere, anytime and in minutes a day.
WaterWorks
Dive into this low impact cardio and conditioning class that incorporates the latest and wettest aqua based exercises into a joint-friendly, high energy water workout. Experience a tidal wave of water exercise that uses choreography, aerobic and resistance intervals combined in a fun filled 45 minute workout. All fitness levels are welcome. Water shoes are optional.
Zumba
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba achieves long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class. A cardio based workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom. For all exercisers beginners to advanced.
