Membership
A Wellness Center membership makes it easy for you to put fitness on your schedule. You can join the Wellness Center for a low monthly rate and no initiation fee! Individual and couples memberships are available for six months or one year. Special discounts for Methodist employees, Preferred Provider organizations, and Methodist Connection members (adults age 55 and up). Some wellness programs require an additional fee. The Wellness Center has many membership options to choose from. Each membership option has different benefits.
6 or 12 Month Memberships
Membership includes an exercise consultation, MicroFit fitness profile, and use of the cardiovascular equipment, Cybex resistive equipment, free weights, group fitness classes, and the lap pool.
Your exercise consultation takes approximately 60 minutes and includes a basic orientation on proper usage of the cardiovascular and resistive equipment. The MicroFit fitness profile takes approximately 45 minutes and includes: resting heart rate, blood pressure, height, weight, body composition, step test for cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and muscular strength and endurance analysis. Each additional MicroFit is $35.

Payment Options: Paroll deduction is available for Methodist employees. Electronic fund transfer is available for Preferred Provider companies, community, and Methodist Connection members.

Three Month Membership
Single: $150 for 3 months
Couple: $180 for 3 months
Methodist Connection members receive 15% off membership fees. Membership includes an exercise consultation and use of the cardiovascular equipment, Cybex resistive equipment, free weights, group fitness classes, and the lap pool. Payment in full is required.
Group Fitness Membership
$65 for 3 months
Includes participation in both land and water classes. Payment in full is required.
Lap Pool Membership
$65 for 3 months
Payment in full required.
Guest Pass
$5 per day
Deposit
A $10 deposit is required for an access card to the Wellness Center. Your deposit will be refunded when the access card is returned.
