6 or 12 Month Memberships

This membership requires a one-time $50 fee per person and includes:

• Individual exercise prescription tailored to meet your goals
• Fitness assessment to assess your fitness levels for cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition
• Health screening for blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, tri-glycerides, total cholesterol/HDL ratio
• Free cardiovascular and Cybex equipment orientations

Membership includes use of the cardiovascular equipment, Cybex resistive equipment, free weights, group fitness classes and both lap pools.

Individual exercise prescription and fitness assessment takes approximately 60 minutes. The MicroFit fitness profile includes: resting heart rate, blood pressure, height, weight, body composition, step test for cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and muscular strength and endurance analysis.

Payment Options:  Payroll deduction is available for Methodist employees. Electronic fund transfer is available for Preferred Provider companies, community, and Methodist Encore! members.

Group Fitness Membership

$75 for 3 months

Includes participation in both land and water group classes. Payment in full is required.
***A $10 precessing fee will be assessed for all new members.

Pool Membership

$100 for 3 months

Includes use of the lap pool, use of the therapy pool during open swim time and any water fitness class. Payment in full is required.
***A $10 precessing fee will be assessed for all new members.

Guest Pass

$5 per day

One Month Trial Membership

Short term membership option is available for your convenience at a cost of $50 per month. Free cardiovascular and Cybex resistive equipment orientations are included.
