Quick Fitness
This program is designed to help you achieve results in a short time. Fast-paced circuit training with a mix of both resistance training and cardio in the workout. Perfect to get you in shape for that upcoming wedding, reunion or vacation.

Fitness Foundation
A program designed for those who have never had a structured program before or for those who haven't worked out in a while and need help with a safe and effective method to get back in shape. This fast-paced circuit training program uses both resistance training and cardio during the same workout.

- $450 for 27 total hours
Forward Fitness
Use this program to gradually increase your intensity level and get the results you're looking for. Periodization training methods give you a different focus each time. You'll learn about plateaus and how to break through them while reducing injury risk. A results-driven program that's ideal whether you have no exercise experience or are a seasoned veteran looking for new exercises and challenges.

- 30-60 minute workouts, 2-4 times a week

- $400 for 24 total hours (60 minutes twice a week or 30 minutes four times a week)
Achieve Fitness
The program for those who are dedicated to fitness and long-range goals. You'll learn all you need to know about periodization training and how it can be the best option for lasting results. Use this program to increase your intensity level, frequency, focus, and muscular strength. During the 18 weeks, you will also learn about volume, rest, plateaus, and how to ensure optimum performance to achieve your fitness goals.

- $600 for 36 total hours (60 minutes twice a week or 30 minutes four times a week)
