Boot Camp with Dave

Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Meet in the Wellness Center and then venture outdoors.

Cost: $65 for an 8-week session/ Wellness Members get 50% off. $10 Guest Passes. Sign-up at the front desk.

Water Fitness

Sculpt those muscles and strengthen your joints with this impact-free workout no matter which direction you move!  The instructor will provide a fun energetic extra challenging routine that will get your heart pumping and strengthen you mid-section as you fight to remain upright.  The one-hour class will provide cardio combinations mixed in with strength/ conditioning drills for variety.

*Classes will utilize the use of Hydro-Water weights and noodles to provide upper and lower body toning while improving flexibility beyond your imagination with minimal impact.

Ab Attack

Blast your midsection with this fabulous 15-minute class!  Learn to develop a stronger core and much more.

Pump It Up

Take the momentum out of lifting and feel the burn!  This 45 minute class will focus on resistance training moves for the upper and lower body to help improve muscular strength and development.  Hand held weights will be used and weight level may vary.

Senior Style Stretch & Tone

Great way to improve flexibility while utilizing your core (abs) muscles to develop a stronger body and better posture.

Senior Style Pump It Up

A gentle workout focusing on strengthening exercises for the upper and lower body - Senior Style! 

Step

An energetic high intensity yet a low-impact aerobic workout using the adjustable step platform.  This class is guaranteed to challenge both your mind and body.

Weight Loss Assistance

Our program, New Start , is provided by our Weight Loss and Surgery Center.  Find out more about the new alternatives for sugical weight loss at a free informational seminar.

Outpatient Nutrition Counseling

Counseling for weight loss using a variety of approaches, adjustment of tube feeding based on nutrition assessment, cardiac health, allergies, difficulty in gaining or maintaining weight, eating disorder, childhood obesity as well as an overall healthy eating plan, etc.
