The Methodist Work/Life Program helps you deal with work and personal issues that can affect job performance or throw you personal life off track. Work/Life services are confidential and are designed to meet your individual needs. These services include…

  • Consultation on specific workplace problems and how to solve them
  • Assessment, evaluation and referral for behavioral health problems
  • 24-hour crisis access
  • On-site anxiety and depression screenings
  • Substance abuse screenings and treatment referral
  • Individual counseling sessions
  • Access to Methodist's comprehensive Behavioral Health and Psychiatric Care Center 

All employees and their immediate family members, including spouse and dependent children to age 19 (25 if a full-time student), may receive up to five free counseling sessions per calendar year.
