    Site of physician offices, the Pain Management Clinic, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Diabetes Care Center, Center for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, Methodist Outpatient Therapy, the Methodist Wellness Center, and an outpatient mental health clinic. Free parking is available in Deck 2 and in the nearby surface lot.
  3. Glen Oak Medical Plaza
    120 NE Glen Oak Avenue
    An office building for physicians and the Methodist Medical Center Foundation. Free parking for this building is in Deck 2.
  4. Methodist Diagnostic Center and Methodist Heart, Lung and Vascular Institute
    112 Crescent Avenue
    Cardiovascular services are on the second floor. The main floor houses outpatient diagnostic testing, pre-admission testing, and the Breast Health Center.  The lower level contains the Downstate PET Center. Free parking is available in the adjacent surface lot.
  5. Physicians' Medical Plaza
    214 NE Glen Oak Ave
    Site of physician offices and the C.Duane Margan Sleep Disorders Center. Free parking is available in Deck 1.
  6. Methodist East Campus
    415 St. Mark Court
    Home to the Methodist College of Nursing. Also houses Methodist Family Child Care Center, Patient Accounts, Hospice, Lifeline, and Home Health Services.
