  1. Methodist Medical Center
    221 NE Glen Oak Avenue
    Home to our 330-bed inpatient facility, outpatient diagnostic testing, and outpatient surgery center. The most convenient parking for this building is in Parking Deck 1 (2). Emergency/trauma services are provided at the Emergency Department, located at the corner of Hamilton and Crescent. Free parking is available there, including free valet service during peak hours.
  2. Physicians´ Medical Plaza
    214 NE Glen Oak Avenue
    An office building for doctors, conveniently located above Parking Deck 1.
  3. Glen Oak Medical Plaza
    120 NE Glen Oak Avenue
    An office building for physicians. Also home to the Methodist Medical Center Foundation, the Diabetes Care Center, Pain Management Clinic, and the Center for Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine. Connected to Parking Deck 2.
  4. Methodist Diagnostic Center
    112 Crescent Avenue
    Home to the Methodist Heart, Lung and Vascular Institute. Mammography, outpatient diagnostic testing, pre-admission testing, and the Downstate PET Center are also in this building. Free parking is available in the adjacent surface lot.
  5. The Methodist Atrium
    900 Main Street
    Site of physician offices, Methodist Outpatient Therapy, the Methodist Wellness Center, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and an outpatient mental health clinic. Free parking is available in Parking Deck 2 and in the nearby surface lot.
  6. Methodist East Campus
    415 St. Mark Court
    Home to the Methodist College of Nursing. Also houses Methodist Family Child Care Center, the patient accounts department, Hospice, and Home Health Services.
